Scott was terrific. I arrived a few minutes early, the Highlander was taken in immediately, the battery tested, the car washed and I was able to leave in less than 30 minutes. For over the past 30 years we have owned Lexuses and Toyotas. I can say unequivocally that the service department at Bommarito is as reliable, fast, friendly, honest, and courteous as any we have ever used. The entire Bommarito enterprise is to be commended for its outstanding culture.

Was informed I needed new rear brakes, I said go ahead to this for 299 seems like a reasonable price 3 1/2 hours later at about 6:35PM my car was
ready. if I would have been informed about the time, this job was going to take. I would’ve rescheduled for a different day in the future be a little more direct about how long the job is going to take. I am in need of front brakes and because of this, I will be going to a different service department to get that job done
