He’s a great service tech. This is nothing about his service, but we have brought the car in numerous times for the same issue with no resolve. The battery was tested at another location and found not to be defective or in need of changing. Very frustrated to have our daughter in a car that has an error message that no one can fix.

My experience with Richard was great! He got me in before my appointment time, and out super quick. 10 out of 10 service!

It took over 5 hours to perform my recall. When I made the appointment I was quoted 4 hours at most. I unfortunately was without my car for my whole day off!

I was there with 2 issues, and none of them solved. 1) a simple issue which was, when you start the car and wait for few minutes, there is noise coming from the engine,( what is so big thing here for technician ( why was the technician not able hereto this noise?, advisor “ RICK “ knows there is noise is coming from the car, but he saying everything is fine), my question is if everything is fine then why is there NOISE( it IS COMMIN SENSE QUESTION ) my kid can here the noise from the car. NOTE:SUPERVISOR: HOW TO AVIOD FIXING ISSUE ON A CAR IS( SIMPLY SAY WE CANNOT DUPLICATE IT!!!) . “RICK”: last time when I was for 5000 miles, service also I told him the same thing , he stayed everything is fine.now 10000 miles service same noise , again he saying, everything is fine. 2) when i drive the car in the traffic and traffic light turns red, I will push PARTIAL peddle of the car so that car speed is controlled ( HERE MY CAR BREAK behaves weird IT GRABS BREAK AND CAR MOVE HARD)and I push FULL break stop the car WITH in distance between two cars, NOW when the traffic is moving I push the accelerator, BUT THR BREAK IS NOT RELEASED WHICH GRAB WHILE PARTIAL BREAK AND CAR ( dash board show speed 42 but car is moving at speed of 10), Last time for 5000 miles service I told this RICK ( he said there is electric is installed on your car). RICK: he know 2 problem EXISTS IN MY CAR, ( he is busy in selling products, but not in helping resolve the problem). GOING FORWARD: small issue will big problems, for sure. ISSUE: this issues which I am reporting , sometime in the future some technicians will come up and report there is a NOISE IN THE CAR , that time CAR WARRANTY PERIOD WILL EXPIRED, MAY BE YOUR INTERESTED FIXING THE ISSUES, I don’t know. HOW TO AVOID: “ COMBINE ALL ISSUES AS ONE AND SAY CANT DUPLICATE ISSUE” and throw the car out of the service.
