Replacing an upper ball joint shouldn’t be $5189.00. I get inflation and I even get you need to make money but to over charge this amount is criminal. I feel bad for elderly people who don’t have someone with them to say no.

The agent never called me back to pick up my car. I dropped it off since 9:30 AM, and when I noticed that after 5 PM, no one called or even text me to let me know it was ready, I drove to the dealer and it was closed. My car was in the back of the dealership. I had to use another set of key to get because I need to go to work in the morning. The dealer still has my keys.

Dropped my car off night before an appt at 9 am the next morning because I felt unsafe driving. Sales dept said it would be fine and assisted me by taking keys and telling me I would get a call the following morning. The next morning I had heard nothing by 9am when they opened at 7. I called and left a voicemail. 2 hrs later and no response I called again and spoke with my advisor Nicole, who said she couldn’t find my keys. I expressed my frustration especially thinking 2 hrs into my appointment it was being worked on and never receiving a call and she stated there was no reason to call if nothing had been done to the car and she couldn’t find the keys. She said she had to figure it out with a manager. I asked when I could expect a call back and she said well idk we re really busy maybe 30 min. How you busy is irrelevant to me when you guys lost my keys and I had an appointment two hours prior. 30 min later I get a call from someone different stating my car battery died and needed to be replaced. I asked for a manager to call me back and they said as soon as one was available. Nicole calls me less then 10 minutes stating they’re testing the battery. I informed her somebody already called me telling me the battery was getting replaced and she told me impossible because no one else would call. At this point I asked for a manager. He was actually apologetic and took accountability even though he didn’t cause any of my frustration. Nicole calls me telling me we sent you a text about 30 min after asking if I saw it and they need a response which was the repairs suggested. I wasn’t by my phone which again she said she would call and never did. The e-signature didn’t work and she’s like it should I guess I will do it on my end. Like at this point aren’t you trying to make it easy for me. Calls are recorded and I’m giving you consent. She told me 30 min to fix it. She called me an hr later … around 130 and tell me they close at 3 so I need to go pick up by then. I meet her at service and pay which I was never given any sort of discount for the losing of my keys, terrible communication and the over 5 hrs it took to replace a battery with an appointment. I never even got an apology from Nicole nor did she even say anything to have a good day or something. Once I paid it was just “you’re all set “ and then started stapling someone else’s paperwork. I was completely frustrated all day since it is the main vehicle for the household and had more then the patience I should have had. I also find it interesting that Nicole is the assistant manager for the service area but when I asked for a manager she never stated she was one. Never met a manager who didn’t apologize for poor service. Only pleasant part of the experience was the call with the actual service manager. Do better Toyota.

My only comment is the long wait. My Appt time is 10:45 and oil change and rotation service is done passed 2 pm. 3 hours and 15 mins of waiting time. Very frustrating.

Hi, so it’s not Richard’s fault. He was great and provided great service. However, there was a part left out. It was laying on the front passenger side foot area. Looks like it may belong to glove box compartment. I would like to bring it in on Monday to get it fixed. I think the service department is open on Memorial Day. Please reach out to me asap. I want to get this fixed before the work week starts. Thanks
