Please be aware when l bring my vehicle there for service l need a fair price for your services. Ya'll need to stay focused on what l asked for. I do not need all the other appraisal and safety cks. Certainly need to cut down on the time you take to service s vehicle. I watched people on line take 2 minutes to do what you kept me there for 5hrs. And the labor and cost for that service was EXUBERANT. 450 dollars. I am retired on a fixed income. I hate to say never again but you have priced yourself outside of my budget. But you did fix it. I just can't afford you.

All of the staff that I dealt with was very friendly and accommodating. I was offered water and asked the attendant if it would be possible to get a black coffee. His name was JJ and he happily obliged. Also, Richard (Rick) was very amicable through the whole experience.
