Overall it was good. I came in for an oil change. I was a bit surprised by the $150 diagnostic fee for a turn signal and headlight that they knew were out at check in. I’ve been taking my car for service there for almost 10 years and never been charged that fee. Definitely makes me reconsider returning for future services.

This is the first time I've had my car serviced where the people working were not profesional or made me feel welcome. My advisor was great, but a lot of the men working were doing a lot of pointing and laughing prior to my car being handed off. My washer fluid is usually filled up prior to meeting my advisor and that was not done.

Review: Unresolved Sliding Door Issue After 5 Service Visits
I purchased a 2024 Toyota Sienna and have experienced a recurring problem with the passenger sliding door sticking during hot, humid weather. This was my fifth visit to this dealership for the same issue. On this visit, the service department replaced the door monitor, believing it had resolved the problem.
Unfortunately, after driving the vehicle for just two days in hotter weather, the exact same issue returned. Five visits and multiple parts replacements later, this problem remains unfixed.
I want to note that the service manager I’ve worked with has been personable and easy to deal with throughout this process. My frustration is not with his customer service, but with the fact that a documented, recurring issue has not been properly diagnosed or resolved despite repeated attempts. At this point I’m concerned about whether the root cause has actually been identified, or whether parts are being swapped without a clear understanding of what’s causing the failure.
I’m now considering taking the vehicle to another dealership to get a fresh diagnosis, since the current approach hasn’t worked after five tries.
