I try twice today after leaving the dealership to contact Mr. Kindle (which has been great) to informed him of the issues i notice while driving and realizing that the wring tire has been change. I need for this to be corrected. I want to make clear that Mr..Kindle has been a great service person. I dont know where the miscommunication happened but I still have the same issue with the front driver side tire that I had when I arrived at the dealership and not only the wrong tire was installed but it was done in the wrong side. I look forward to see this.fix. also the rim that the new tire is on is very scratch and that definitely was not the condition that it was before it went into the service today 05/22/2026.
