My service advisor was one of the best. This is my first Toyota Camry, my mom, swear by them, but I really Never trusted the professionalism and the service team, but I was pleasantly surprised. I got a premium service. Almost comparable to the service I received from BMW and Tesla.

So I ran over a parking block that was pretty tall on my Camry, and I ripped off the plastic guard underneath the engine, so I took it over to wesley chapel toyota, and they got me right in and repaired it with no charge, that really stuck with me because that doesn't happen nowadays.
