1. I scheduled my appointment a week ago and said the tsb I wanted performed with my oil change. Gave number for it no problem come in Saturday 1:00. 2. Not only was I given a hard time like nobody has ever heard of a tsb on the vehicle they sell!!! I was also told it would cost money regardless of my mileage. I got a call at 2:56pm from ****-****-xxxx on 7/10/26 says it’s recorded so I encourage you to look into it. saying why do I need the tsb done and suddenly my appointment I made a week ago wasn’t going to cut it. So they made me reschedule and come in a few hours earlier. Whatever I made an appointment a week ago but ok…. She gave me hard time saying it’s gonna cost money to do it and MY VIN WASNT ON THE TSB. So I made it extra simple and did your job for you and brought it in with my vin circled…Donald gave me no hassle and explained some things. Regardless. Inexcusable I had to be rescheduled the day before my appointment. God forbid people work for a living. Not sure the lady who called and told me this but I want it known. 3. Not only did I come in a few hours early they didn’t even start to look at my truck till almost 2:00. The tsb is free and says so if under warranty. So the lady on the phone is grossly miss informed. Not only did I come up on time. I could’ve just came in at 1:00 to get my truck done at 1:00 cause ya know. Wesley chapel Toyota service. It took FOUR AND A HALF 4-1/2 HOURS. To do a 30 min oil change and 30min tsb. WTF IS THAT. absolutely no excuse after I schedule my appointment a week in advance. What kind of unprofessional unorganized and overloaded service department is this. I mean seriously? 4-1/2 hours…. And I sat there for 2hours for NOTHING. Between this. The dirty stained finger prints from last time and a few issues before this. I’m half tempted to stop coming here and drive out of my way to another dealer. Get your **** together here this is pathetic. Why even make an appointment anymore…. Seems they don’t matter anyway.
