I was very happy with the customer service from the moment I arrived at the dealership. There was minimal wait time despite how busy they were.

I was satisfied with the service, but as I was coming home from the dealer, I had a tire pressure orange light. I thought tire pressure was checked while I had my car service, but I guess not.
I also loved the service from Helen, the salesperson as I was inquiring about a car. She was very thorough and detailed.

A BIG,”THANK YOU!!” to Service Manager, Chris Garabedian for his EXCELLENT customer service - professionalism, patiently explained on reasons on why repair is needed (makes sense on repair I have an Engineering background), quoted reasonably Vs competitors (readily available), prompt response to customer’s questions due to customer’s tight business travels/schedule, knowledgeable, no nonsense outrageous repair quotes that can lose repair business to Lexus of Glendale by “word-of-mouth”, to name a few.
