Even though I was told the cost and agreed to it, I strongly feel the price is way too high on this and other things especially tires on which I saved over $500 by buying 4 tires from a different source. This makes me wonder if I should start taking my service on my 3 Lexuses to a different service agency.

I took my 2017 Lexus for an oil and filter change, and it took more than 4 hours and in the end , they delivered it to me with washing it, so I've always taken it on Saturday and the longest it's taken 1hour and 30 minutes but now it's been 3 times that time.
Also the technician Mitchell Seiberr called me and toll me that the my car was ready, but when I went to the casher it wasn't my car, it belonged to someone else which make me understand that the technical isn't focused on his job,
Because.
I think I'll look for my nex car service at another dealership.
I definitely no recommended this dealership to any body..

I’m not satisfied with the service . There’s nothing wrong with my service consultant Alex . He was very nice , pleasant and very professional. He had a day off and He was honest of telling me that . So the day he was off , no one was updating me with the status of my car . I called at least 3 time cuz I don’t know if the car is done or what not . A lady answering the phone is the one updating me , telling me I my car is not done and She will have someone to call me . Unfortunately the day was over , and no one EVER called me !!!!
Then today I just got a text message that my car is done . I was expecting a person will call me and explain what was done . I called and I was put on hold for several minutes . It was frustrating .
Thanks for the car loaner , I was able to do my errands while the car was serviced.
