Loved that it was fast and easy. Before it will take a while before I get my car. Once there I had to wait a while before they handed my keys. Now, I went in payed, received a pager, then minutes after I was paying and out the door with my keys in hand.

Satisfied with the outcome but not completely with the experience. When I picked up my car, the invoice was for more than $50 more than the estimate with no explanation given. Told it was extra cost for the oil. Adviser did agree to discount the $50 which was the right thing to do at that point. In addition, my car was given to me unwashed, again with no explanation. I was able to get my car washed the next day, by hand, but just wished I’d been given the option to have it hand washed before I picked it up the day of service.
