This is long overdue but I’d like to note that I’ve always liked the Lexus of Glendale service team. I didn’t think the experience could be better until Taha Aoukal was my advisor! He was above and beyond the most knowledgeable and helpful! I’m not the most intuitive when it comes to cars so his patience with my questions and his amazing answers really was a whole other level of experience. I have anxiety when it comes to buying and servicing but he made the process so painless and every concern I had with my car was taken care of! Also Cristian who set the appointment made everything so easy to come in!!
