I was very unsatisfied with this service. With a huge car brand like Lexus, it’s surprising that the service people don’t know that they should be careful with the cars to not damage them, performing just an oil change. My car was only driven for 2000 miles, brand new and kept like brand new. I took the car to service for oil change and got my car back fully scratched and damaged. I returned to the service, and they said “yeah that happens, we will paint it”. They said bring the car on Monday and leave it for three days for us to paint. Why would I have to go through all of this and have to paint my brand new car? The service workers should know better that they should be careful with the cars and not treat them as trash. I got the impression that they did it on purpose. In no other service will you ever take your car and get it back damaged. The reason I am giving a bad review is because I now have to paint my new car and have to go back and forth and waste time which is very stressful. All of this due to the carelessness of the service workers. I didn’t know that the service of Lexus is so careless about the cars. I am even more stressed to think about what they will do to my car while painting and if they will damage it more because now I expect everything from this service. I am a good customer of Lexus, this car was my sixth car I was taking from Lexus in the past 8 years, and now, I no longer trust the service. I don’t know what I’m going to do now.

Amazing experience with Randy. Appointment was at 4, showed up 15 mins late but was greeted with a smile and well mannered. While getting every paperwork done, he did not hesitate to make polite conversation. Explained everything clear and well. Made sure I had everything I needed since my car had to stay overnight. Well deserved stars ???????????????????? Would also like to add the cashier in the service department that helped me out that same day. I don’t remember her name, but she was such a ray of a shine. Very sweet and polite.

Danny went over and beyond and gave me the best help possible. Much appreciated, hope to get serviced by him on my next visit.

I always receive exceptional service from Danny. I would give him a five star+ rating every time! I am moving from Glendale but am thinking I still might bring my car in to be serviced there just because of the stellar service i receive from Danny! For whatever reason I don’t seem to get these surveys from the manufacturer. I am more than happy to fill it out if I receive it. However if I don’t, I hope you will share my super positive feedback regarding Danny.
