The process took more time than I expected -- five days -- because the tire I needed wasn't in stock, and then when ordered, was not delivered on the Monday -- but there was almost no inconvenience for me since Lexus Glendale provided me a loaner and allowed me to drive it out of town to Bakersfield.
However, this is where my dissatisfaction comes in: you required my insurance to cover your car for five days.

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I recently received. The condition of the loaner vehicle provided was subpar, and the technician assigned to assist me appeared more focused on encouraging me to complete a survey than on delivering quality service.
Additionally, I had requested assistance in locating an item I believed was left in my vehicle. Unfortunately, it was not found during my visit. I later received a call from the technician offering for me to return so they could attempt the search again. From my perspective, it seemed that insufficient effort was made initially, and I was being asked to take additional time out of my busy schedule for something that should have been handled during the first visit.
For future appointments, I respectfully request that this technician not be assigned to assist me.

Tony devoted a lot of time and effort to the problem on my car. He kept me informed all the time I had to use a loaner vehicle. He found the problem, but unfortunately it could not be satisfactorily resolved without replacing an entire “system” on the car. A final decision is still pending with me. Overall I was very pleased with the way I was treated.

Hugo was my service advisor. From the very beginning, he seemed very disinterested. Did not make eye contact. Did not smile. It seemed like he wanted to be somewhere else. He answered the questions and had good knowledge, but I thought it seemed more like a Nissan dealership and not Lexus. Something has changed over there. I’ve been taking my car there for years but something has happened there in the last six months. The feel is totally different and not better. Everyone seems depressed or uninterested in what they’re doing. Something’s going on over there I think you should look into it. I think I’m going to go to the Lexus in Van Nuys next time and give them a try. Until you guys figure it out. Also, heads up. Check the coffee machine. The decaf coffee came out as hot water. Make sure somebody maintains the coffee machines.
