Marco was wonderful. He was attentive, responsive to questions, did not keep trying to sell services I did not want, was professional, funny, and pleasant. He’s definitely one of the best I’ve had thus far at Glendale Lexus.

One of the issues I came in for was not properly addressed, even though I was assured by my service advisor that it was corrected. This is specific to my trunk lid still making loud noises when closing. Now, I will have to come back in for service again to further assess this issue with my vehicle.
