- misquoted tires on invoice, then tried to charge me $300 more after the job was already completed
- salesman said discount would be provided over the phone but didn’t seem to remember and then tried to charge me more than agreed upon
- car was completed one day after estimated wait
- complimentary oil change was offered but not delivered by time of checkout
pros
- Mark was friendly and accommodating and ultimately made it right
- overall friendly employees and good environment at the dealership
- smooth and quick process with loaner vehicle
Overall, the employees were friendly and easy to communicate with but trying to charge me more than what was agreed upon AFTER the job was already completed was very shady.
