I usually have a good experience with this service department, which is why I brought my flat tire issue here instead of going elsewhere, along with my normal 15,000 mile service. But this visit left a bad taste. The advisor tried to sell me a new tire before checking if mine could be patched. I also had to drive back just to drop off my key after the car was towed. When I picked up the car, the interior was dirty, the interior camera had been tampered with, and now there’s a rattling noise from where the tire was repaired and something is hanging, and no one mentioned it. Overall, not the level of service I’ve come to expect.
