Chris Garabedian was an excellent, knowledgeable and professional service director! The entire service experience was great from checking in, going over what the 70,000 checkup entailed, and having the car ready by the promised time. Kudos to Chris! I also got a loaner car which made it convenient. Angela showed me the new features on the nx350h as I have an older model.
I normal get my car serviced in OC, but now I plan on taking my car in for the next checkup to Glendale. Thank you!!
