Chris did a phenomenal job. The front desk clerk was not that cooperative up on my arrival and kept asking for a receipt. He couldn’t find or didn’t know how to look into system and see I bought the battery just a year and half ago and now its not working which was frustrating for me. But finally when the manager came out to front desk he was able to retrieve the information in the system and helped me out. however Chris, the manager of service department was awesome and very helpful. He looked at the situation and when he saw the battery is still in the warranty period time he talked to advisor and showed them why The exchange was warranted he helped resolving my problem immediately with no further issues Thank you Chris

The service is always wonderful but one minor problem has not been resolved.
There are times when I am unable to open my rear tailgate using the button on the dash. No one has told me if there is a good, fundamental reason for this limitation such as my car is in gear or the wrong door is open, etc. Nor has anyone been able to duplicate the issue at the shop.
I would like to have this connivence usable when needed.
