I was the one who brought it to the service. My wife was the who returned the loaner and picked up her car. I asked her if everything was ok if she was taken care of. She said yes and the one thing that she mentioned that i didn’t like was she said the only thing was the glove compartment was down the floor. I don’t know why they forgot to put it back or I don’t know if it fell. Then i asked her who put it back she said she did. They should’ve double check it first before texting service was completed.

It is such a pleasant experience getting my Lexus serviced in Glendale. Easy to book via the app, quick check in with Sean, comfortable waiting area with great coffee options and Portos baked goods, massage chair, and easy to connect wi-fi. And to top it off, my car came back washed! When I told my wife, she said she would volunteer to take the car in next time!

Great service, but the car wash is terrible. Staff is friendly, lobby treats are nice (my daughter loves the cookies and hot chocolate), but both times my car came back looking the same or worse.
