I waited for over half an hour for my car after I paid and was told it was ready. Other patrons who came after me received their cars, yet I continued to wait. I felt ignored, dismissed and angry. I’ve been coming to Lexus of Glendale for many years and have never experienced such treatment. I am extending disappointed in my post-service experience.

I always have felt confident that you the dealer have serviced my treasured lexus professional and I would good use of the vehicle. Since 1996 I have bought or leased 7 Lexus as I felt they were well made and would be professionally serviced. I’m 93 years old now but will continue to be a Lexus client.
