Tony is the best, and deserves the highest compliments. He’s listens, is friendly, and keeps you up to date on service and repairs. He makes sure the car’s problems are resolved. The dealer is very fortunate to have him.

Erik is my new service rep and he is AMAZING! So polite, professional and had everything ready for my car’s service appointment- including the loaner I had requested. Absolutely smooth experience from start to finish- and Erik went above and beyond for me when I was running a bit late to pick up my car. I had to pick up my son and then scramble over to Lexus to pick up by 6pm- and when I let Erik know I would be about 8 minutes late he said no problem- I’ll wait for you outside the service department. Chris Garabedian was an excellent, knowledgeable and professional service director! The entire service experience was great from checking in, going over what the 70,000 checkup entailed, and having the car ready by the promised time. Kudos to Chris!
