A couple of times. One of them happens every time I have the car serviced. The tire pressure for the tires for an LC500 convertible is, according to the manual 33PSI. When the car returns it always has tires at various PSI hat doesn't correspond to what the manual says. I check the tire pressure for my car every 2 weeks is I know.
Second item was the wait once I've paid the bill. I paid in advance when I got the text, yet at the dealership it took over 15 minutes to get my car when there were 2 other people waiting. It took 3 times to ask the attendant until he told ma that the wash was broken. Could you just tell me that in advance? If you are in the business of frustrating your clients, you have succeeded.
