Eric was very courteous! Knowledge. Fast at approaching me in the service drive and with the paperwork. Was super sweet when (even though he had told me) I had forgotten my Insurance in the car. He was like “NO PROBLEM WHATSOEVER!”
Got the pager for the loaner. THEN delivered the car back to me before he said it would be ready! YAY!!
