I was told the diagnostic was $190 for my truck. When I reviewed the invoice I was billed 2 times $190. I asked the rep and she said that each issue required a diagnostic which is a bunch of bull ****. My door handle was broken by the tow company and the needed repair. No diagnosis was needed. The car would not stay cranked which was what needed to be diagnosed. I think the repair amount was excessive so after discussing it with my spouse who is a certified master mechanic by the way we decided to verify the part number for accuracy and get the repairs done ourselves. I was very dissatisfied by this. And it is illegal the double charge me for one diagnostic report. This is deceptive and unprofessional for Lithia Toyota to conduct business this way. I will be consulting my legal counsel and posting on all my social platforms of this issue.

I left the vehicle for service, one week later, the vehicle was the same, no fixes were made
I showed up to drop off my truck for an oil change or maybe a 25K mile service. I waited like 14 minutes as the only woman who came out was the blonde gal - who seems to be a natural born leader. The rest waited for people to enter the bay. I wanted to leave and get to work. The rest of us on line just waited and I went into the wrong row as I didn’t want to be on the lane for traffic and he told me to move and wait/. My SA was fine and checked me in quickly. The mechanic was also fast and sent me a great video. But showing up with a $150 bill for an oil change when I only had 4K miles on the tires since last rotation - and fyi I get those for free at Discount Tire as I have aftermarket wheels - pissed me off. I showed up to pay and it was $150 and I only needed an oil change and not rotation and I feel a bit raped over the cost. But my time is valuable as this was done via my work day so I paid and left. You need to make sure customers are a priority and I will likely just go to an oil change place for the convenience and time needed for y’all/. Let me know when I’m getting my new engine. Do better. Show some hustle and care.
