When you text a customer you should stand by to get a text back. And also when customers call you, you should do everything to calm them back. I called a few weeks ago for new tires. Business called me once then I called again because I had a few questions about other tires. I was never given a call back after a few calls and messages. I have been buying Toyotas for over 20yrs and not any other brand. I feel that lithias odessa store service has gone down considerably. You ca tell since the service department turns employees like clock work. No one stays.
