Took about 20 minutes before anyone came to greet and ask for my information. I went inside and asked associate if someone would go outside or if I could give her my key. She said to wait outside and someone would come.

I was completely satisfied with the service that was done. Not going to lie though. I was disappointed that my car did not receive a complimentary wash and vacuum. Especially after paying $1200 for the service I did receive. It only cost approximately $360 in December for maintenance in Arlington and they cleaned the car. Considering taking the 5 1/2 hour drive to get maintenance from now on.

Online appointment maker doesn’t work right. Came to dealership yesterday, 3 vehicles in 3 bays & 1 car waiting. After waiting 15 minutes for one service worker to acknowledge me sitting there she stated it would be 4:30-5pm for oil change to be done without an appt (this was before 10am). I said ok, make me appt then. My appt was for today at 10am; oil change didn’t get done til noon & I had to go to service worker to get keys when I noticed my truck no longer in bay. Services suggested upon inspection but no one came to ask me to change them or anything! Not pleased & will be finding a different Lithia Toyota to receive my service!

We left so happy and l loved the stories about how a lady had a life time oil change but never came to change the oil but how toyota can last forever and the lady had her vehicle forever but years later she said something was wrong and that she never changed her oil but she said but it’s a life time and they told her a life time oil change she had to bring it in to change the oil. After her oil change the vehicle ran like brand new and she was so happy. Our bentos so comfortable l almost want to go to sleep. A lot of people had told me about Toyota but l never really paid attention until now. l will never change to another vehicle.
