This is the second time I have brought my vehicle in for AC service in the past few months and the issue is still not fixed. I scheduled an appointment for the 21st of August and dropped my vehicle off at 7:30am the morning of the 21st only to find out that my vehicle wasn't touched until today the 25th. Even then, the issue was not fixed and AND now all of a sudden the check engine light is on,no one seemed that cared to help me in anyway

I was the second person in line this morning when you opened. I understand that some people have appointments and they go first.. that’s only reason reasonable. I was not told that I would be waiting four hours to get my oil changed. I had to ask where my car was twice.. after still not getting an answer. I had to go walk the parking lot to find my car.. I asked a gentleman how much longer it would be. He spoke with a woman that was there who then whispered something to him and started to walk out the door.. if something needs to be said about myself or my vehicle, it doesn’t need to be kept a secret. This is the third time I have had a problem with your service department.. it has really gone to crap since Oscar left. I will not be back and do not contact me about this.
