I wasn’t completely satisfied with the service on Monday 9/29/25. I waited 5hrs on a scheduled appointment only to not be notified about proceeding with the work that I set the appointment for. I left upset and when I arrive home I reached out to the manager and he made it right. I went back and the original work was complete within an hour and a half. That wait time for a scheduled appointment was unacceptable. I prefer Toyota to take care of all of my repairs but that wait time could improve. Oh and nothing against the service tech who assisted me, he did what he could do to help me understand the confusion with the automated system.
