Great service. Fast and efficient

Before I brought my vehicle in for my appointment, I had my guys here at my shop where I work replaced my fuel pump and a sensor, hoping this would fix the issue with my vehicle not cranking (no bad fuel was found during these repairs). During their last diagnosis, they discovered my high pressure fuel pump had broken (I have video footage), causing shavings to get into my fuel system. Due to the price of the repairs, I decided to take my truck to where I purchased the vehicle to hopefully get the extended warranty to cover the cost of repairs. Unfortunately, while my truck was at the Lithia Toyota of Odessa dealership, my truck somehow had bad fuel (gasoline/diesel) in the fuel tank despite my shop mechanics emptying the tank and changing the fuel pump prior to the truck arriving at the Toyota dealership. My extended warranty denied my claim due to this discovery. I have fuel purchase receipts, video footage of my truck being fueled with Diesel, and even a fuel sample from the tank it was fueled from before taking it to the dealership. I can say WITHOUT A DOUBT, my vehicle was sabotaged upon arrival to the dealership because they did not want to fix such a pricey issue on warranty. The fact that I have indisputable proof of no mistakes on my part makes this extremely infuriating to the point that I might just escalate this further up beyond the local management.
