I was the second car in line. They were to replace a weather strip inside my car and an air tube that went under the front passenger seat. Also an oil change. I didn’t get my car back until 4 pm. I also made calls to the service department after noon and left messages for an update. I never received a response. Your people were professional when I was in the dealership and as far as I can tell did good work. They also didn’t have the weatherstrip so I will need to return to the dealership for more work.

Ridiculous communication skills I called and left for a call back to get an update about my car and no one knew how to use a phone until it was 10 minutes before closing 2 days in a row then when I do show up to get my car it was dead window open car unlocked my work tablet front seat my $300 radar just there for to anyone steal so in total $1300 worth of belongings their for the taking but then want to say not responsible for stolen and lost items well damn can you at least lock my car and make sure it’s secured
