I went for an oil change, my filters were supposed to be changed and I was charged for them 146 dollars. When we got home the filters had not been changed. My husband had to go back monday 11/17/25 to have that changed. My vehicle was there on saturday 11/15/25. from 9:40am to 3:30pm. Worst service we had ever had with an agency.
