My only complaint is that it takes so long to get a simple oil change done. I don’t think it should take two hours to do that, especially since I had an appointment and was not a walk-in.

I went in because it kept coming up for maintenance service so I thought that meant an oil change. I told him I need my oil changed and he said do you pay and I said no. I get there to get my vehicle and he said it wasn’t time for your free oil change and said we have a coupon for $60.00. I should have asked why didn’t run my vin number but I didn’t. He didn’t even call me to let me know until I got there.
