The service was great and I was completely satisfied with it. My frustration came when I got in the car to leave. Everything about the driver’s seat had been changed. It’s not easy for me to get it readjusted and with a bad back so I was frustrated to say the least. Also all the driver setting on the dash were changed. This has never happened with this dealer before so not sure why it happened this time.

There was a mixup w keys and I had to request the car to be washed…. It was probably a human mistake and I was given an apology however like last service time I had to remove water splattered on front windows and side mirrors …,the car was washed however but I do not want car washed at future service appointments.

My car went in for a tire rotation and a computer recall. My car was promised back to me at 12:04 at 2 o’clock I hadn’t heard anything and the service department would not return my phone calls so I showed up down there and my car was still not ready. I was told they only had one service tech and that’s why they were running way behind. When I received my receipt, I noticed they charged Toyota for an oil change and oil filter, which were not performed on my car.

To have mechanics properly put back together parts in your customers car that they took apart. When their told by the customer that their car is running rough,care enough to look under the hood. Not just tell them that's how Cruze run. Danny was very nice! But why should I pay for a job my Son would of done better and cared more.
