Came in for an 8:30 appointment to get an oil change. I was told it would take about an hour so I stuck around and waited in the lobby. I ended up waiting over 2 hours and was almost late to work. An oil change should not take that long and it seemed like there was no sense of urgency.

I've never be dissatisfied with Miles handling my car service or issues that I'm having. I was a little upset when I picked up my car after leaving it all day to fix the engine light on being on. My car had dirty over spray from someone washing another vehicle. I've asked that my car not be washed bc I had a ceramic coating put on and I pick it up with dirty overspray all over the car. Also the passenger side molding was not attached like it was supposed to be.
