I asked them to check on the thing that is hanging down underneath, I received no comments about it at all. Now I need to try to find another day that I can start early at work and schedule an appointment because I work in Richvale and you won't give me a ride too and from work.

When I called to schedule my appointment I informed them I had a coupon for chevy and would it work on my honda Ridgeline and was told yes. We brought the coupon prior to service and yet when we picked up our vehicle they would not honor the coupon. Although they did take $35 off that is not what the coupon was for. I would think that is false advertisement. I paid over $110 and it was only supposed to be $74.95. Please honor your ad and give me back the difference
