I sat there for 3 HOURS! With my 4 year old son! 2 people came in after me and left with there vehicles before I did. It is unacceptable how today was handled. Short handed or not someone should have atleast found me sitting in the showroom and let me know of the wait. I had bad experiences other places and my first 3 here were not so bad but today at my appointment it was terrible! And when my car finally was ready it had just been sprayed down with water. Not dried or anything. Just soaked I had to dry it myself. I'm just so disappointed they also didnt fix one of the issues I mentioned with my car fob not working properly
