It took way to long for just and oil change and oddly enough as soon as I got up and said something my car was magically done. It took an hour and 40 minutes to get my oil changed!
The tech didn’t check my tire pressures or if he did he didn’t write it down.
He didn’t reset the “maintenance needed soon” switch either.
This has happened twice now.
If, heaven forbid, my Prius needed significant repairs I would not have it done here. I don’t see much attention to details.

I wish the service department would have told me that I didn’t need an oil change and to wait to bring my car in so I didn’t waste my last service before my warranty expired in a tire rotation. I feel very irritated about the fact I wasn’t taken care of as a customer.
