I really like how Zachariah interacted with me. He was professional but also was personable with me. He let me know how long it would take and everything went smoothly. Part of my service was SMOG. When I got there for my 11:30 appointment they told me their smog guy wasn’t in could I reschedule to tomorrow. I had driven in one way an hr specifically doing the maintenance and smog at the same time because the drive was so long. They could have txt me earlier to reschedule. On top of that they said the wait would be 1 to 1-1/2 hr. It was 2 hrs and 20 minutes and I still have to get my car smogged. Otherwise the service they did was good.
