I was told to not drive my Gazoo Racing Corolla as fast if I don’t want the differential to overheat causing the car turning into front wheel drive mode. My tires were not rotated as specified on the first service. The wireless charger was not fixed.

For what they quoted us as a 2 hour job, ended up as a 5 day job (not including the weekend … so actually 7 days without my car). Lack of communication as to why and when to expect my car back. Very disappointed with the whole experience.

I wanted to use my rewards but they didn't know how to redeem them. My traverse is not a personal entertainment platform for the service mechanic. The radio was left at high volume, the drivers seat was readjusted and left no where near what I delivered it at.The air conditioner was at full blast. This is my vehicle, so respect it as such.This is not a first time this has happened here.They want top dollar for service and I will pay for good service.This was not.I am trying to be honest with this review and don't think I want to spend my money here. I came here because this is where the vehicle was purchased.The way the service mechanic left my vehicle is probably the most annoying. My vehicle not his so respect it.
