Zachary texted me when he started working on my car, and when he finished and it was ready to pick up. What he did that was above and beyond- when I asked if I could pick it up after 5 pm, he said service was open until 5:30. When I called at 5:15 to say I was running late, Zachary answered the phone and said he was there, and he would stay until I got there! What an amazing car dealership!!
