I was really surprised at how fast the service was. I was expecting to wait an hour and a half when it actually only took 30 minutes! Wow, that was fast!!

I was given a verbal quote of $1000. There was additional work recommended but not done. When I came to pick up my car, the total was over $1500. They gave me a 10% discount. But it was a 50% markup with no explanation. Anthony seems new and a nice guy. Yet I don’t feel I can ever trust his verbal quote again. It will have to be written out. I feel like I was scammed.

Unfortunately, the actual dealership has got everything priced so high it doesn't allow people on a fixed income to get their vehicles repaired.
