It’s my wife’s car and she made the appointment and took the car in, yet I keep getting the texts. She had an early appointment for a simple oil change yet it took 2.5 hours.

The team was both professional and respectful, and the service was completed in teh time fram committed. This is extremely valuable as I am also in a servcie business and only earn money when I can bill hours. The timeliness enabled me to maximize this scenario.
There were some company administrative challenges with this visit however.
1. I was promised a loaner vehicle upon originally scheudling this appointment, one week prior. I recieved a phone call approximately 30 minutes prior to the originally scheduled appointment time stating that no loaner vehicle was available. This could have caused significant financial loss and incremental expenses as I had several stops scheduled during my service .
2. I recieved no communication that my vehicle was ready for pickup until after I'd picked it up. I called the dealership twice to verify the vehicle's status. On the first call, nobody in the service department answered.... after 30+ rings, I hung up. On the second call, your receptionist was thoughtful enough to leave her desk, walk over the service department and find out the my vehicle was, in fact, ready for pick up.

Dealership returned my car damaged after its first service/warranty work. The front passenger door had a perforation right through the paint and multiple rub marks. It had to be completely repainted. I am stunned Lexus of Colorado Springs tried to return my new vehicle in this condition. I find it hard to believe no one noticed the damage, so I have the distinct impression they knowingly tried to pass the damage off on me hoping I wouldn’t notice. As a first time Lexus owner, this is not the experience I want to have with the dealer I bought the vehicle from. No dealer has ever done something like this to me before. Thanks to Lexus of Colorado Springs, my first service turned into a nightmare, and I’m now driving a damaged/repaired vehicle instead of the new one I took in for its first service. If you want to make this right, please replace my vehicle with a new one.

Rob is always pleasant and has good customer service skills. I would say there needs to be more service advisors. I had to wait in line 15 plus minutes to drop off my car and for an oil change dropped it off at 1 pm and wasn’t called to pick it up until almost closing time. Both advisors were working hard, but they need additional help.
