Dropped car off at 11am appointment for an estimated 2 hour service max. Was told at drop off it was going to take longer. Prob 230-3 due to circumstances out of our control. Did not get vehicle back til 430. Feel service techs were overbooked and I get to wait all afternoon because of it. This has been becoming more and more common here over the last 7 years or so.

This is the second time I have come in for an oil change and got charge for a tire rotation when specifically ask him not to rotate tire. I understand it’s only $30 extra but if I request some thing that request should be respected. I also got a quote for four new tires for the tire sale, which was the reason why I requested not to have the tires rotated, and the quote that I received. Looks to be way too much. I will be bringing that up today 10/8/2024when I get them put on.
