The staff at this location is top notch. As I am from out of town I was treated as if I lived right down the street. Service was quick, efficient and they kept me updated whenever needed. They gave me all the information I needed and made sure I was completely happy before I left. Kaylee Boller is AMAZING and deserves high praise! She is very knowledgeable, attentive, and I can tell she is very dedicated not only to her work but to everyone she attends to. If I could take this whole staff and take them back to Chicago with me I would in a heart beat!!

The rattle I mentioned when dropping off the vehicle was not fixed by tightening the heat shield. The sound is still prevalent when the leaving is in drive, but not moving.
