**** does an amazing job every time I need my cars for service. He does his research before I come in to see if there is anything that I need to have done with my vehicles or if there is something I need to be aware of. **** also informs me every step of the way while my car is in the shop.

I had an appointment for an oil change, it took 2 hours and 15 minutes . I probably will go elsewhere for oil changes in the future. Staff was fine, clearly way over booked. I have never waited that long for an oil change. I also had to wiped automotive oil off the drivers door.
