Car was serviced. Service rep says ready to go. “Let’s get you on the road .” I asked about tire tread. She said it was at 5. I asked her to explain. She said I should get new tires before snow fall. First I had to ask and then she gave me info. I would assume it would be cheaper to get new tires before getting mine rotated.
Also asked about adjusting back up camera. She said she didn’t know anything about it and besides they were too busy to look at. I would need to schedule another appointment.
I heard let’s get you out of hear 4 times.
Taking her advice and going elsewhere today to get new tires.
No mention of my brakes either which was indicated in yellow on report.

I can't say completely satisfied
as I had asked for a plastic bumper trim piece to be installed which was missed so I had to ask again before leaving the dealership. Unfortunately,a portion of the plastic piece broke off during the install so I need to wait for a new trim piece to be ordered and it will require another trip to the dealer. This trim piece wasn't installed when I purchased the vehicle but I didn't notice until I brought it home. Certainly willing to change my rating but I would like to wait to make sure there's follow through on everything.
