Jack went above and beyond to be sure we were satisfied with our service and tire purchase process. He did a great job communicating throughout the service appointment and made accommodations to insure that our visit to Markquart and our service needs were met. He exceeded expectations!

Husband phoned in thus morning and 2 service advisirs could not locate appointment. Wanted to cancel tire rotation which we get free at Costco. When husband called back around noon, service somehow already completed! Which screwed up, and this cist us price if tire rotation. Unhappy!
