Tamra was wonderful. She kept me in the loop throughout the experience and was very kind and helpful. My only feedback is that I recommend considering widening the estimated service time to be realistic (think underpromise and overdeliver). I was told when I called to confirm service, as well as at the beginning of service that it would only take an hour, and it took two. I had planned accordingly and skipped breakfast until after the service, which in retrospect I regret doing(but I was able to keep myself occupied well enough). I also wish my car was parked in the service garage instead of outside once it was finished being serviced as it was pouring rain at the time. I get that it was getting busy in there, but making it happen would have made me feel well cared for…all in all, the service was friendly, but the experience felt very typical of a car dealership operationally.
