The sticker that was put on the window of the car to indicate the next oil change had the incorrect mileage. It was supposed to be 20994 and it says 6188. So we obviously got someone else's sticker.

Had oil changed for an estimate of one hour. I expected that. However, no one went over the inspection (tread depth for example) as they have before. I had another estimate of 1/2 hour for the recall inspection of the rear camera when I made the appointment. After waiting an additional hour and 10minutes I went to find someone. Tammy said they couldn’t do the inspection after all because the computer was not working and I would have to come back (my drive is an hour away). Then I waited an additional 5-10 minutes for the car to come out front (she had to go tell someone). I was told the recall inspection might not happen when I got there because of a wonky computer. Why did it take over an hour (and now an extra 2 hour trip) for no inspection or communication with me about that? I was unable to decipher the text that was sent to me after the oil change. I mentioned that to two different people and still no one explained it (what was sent and why). This experience was unlike any other oil changes on this car. The only person I was able to ask questions of was a woman in her office who was on the phone or with other people. The people at the desk couldn’t/wouldn’t answer my questions. Again, different than before. Summary: I was there 2hr and 15min for an oil change.
