I made my appointment for 9:30 and was told it would take approximately 2 hours. With this information I made arrangements to have someone pick me up and run my errands during my appointment. Allowing a little extra time just in case there were issues that came up. I was surprised to be asked if the service department could have my vehicle all day or if I needed it done by a vet time. Randy was great and said he would try to get it done as quickly as possible. I was disappointed when it took over 4hrs. When people schedule appointments and don’t live in town, they have to make special arrangements and to have it take twice as long is frustrating.
