We got a flat just outside Chippewa Falls on Rt 29 headed on our way home to Chicago. I call your dealership and Randy said we’ll see what we can do as they had a full schedule.
Once there everyone was nice and accommodating, Randy looked over the tire and turned out where the puncture was couldn’t be repaired
A tire was available and Randy said he would do his best to get us back on the road and he came through. Later that afternoon we were back on the road. Thanks Randy and Toyota team

Randy on the other hand is rude, hung up the phone without saying goodbye 2 times, came across bothered because he got the call while **** was at lunch. He could benefit from service training and how to effectively communicate. It was only because of **** that I didn’t leave from my experience and never come back.
