This time around fell short of my first experience. It started with the loaner - way to small of a car which made it very difficult to get in and out of due to my bad back. When I got the car back all my settings had been removed or reset to a default. Not to happy with that.

The service person was fine, the issue was there was no drivers to return my car the the day it was promised. And when they did have it ready times, they were gonna bring it back. We’re with little notice and I was not available for either of the times and I ended up having to miss part of my meeting to receive the car. Also, the tire gauge indicator will come on sometimes not other times and I’ve asked for this to be sorted out three different times and it never has. So I can’t get the tire pressure to show.

I had to wait to get my car picked up and was originally told 9am then 1-3pm and driver ended up coming in afternoon.
Other than the timing being off and the car being delivered with barely any gas, my car got ready in the next day and I had to pick it up since there wasn’t any drivers available
