Too many cars need service and not enough personnel to accommodate customers in a timely manner. I just feel like now that Genesis Cars are more popular the service suffers.
It took long for me to finally speak to a representative to make an appointment. My car was not cleaned when I picked it up because short on staff. I have been going to this location for over 2 years now and I am usually happy with service. This was the first time that I was disappointed when I left with a dirty car.
