One of the reasons my car was in for service today was because of the moaning in the steering column. I was told that it is a normal noise with the steering system in my car. My concern is it doesn’t make the noise all the time so I will be patient and if the noise gets worse, I’ll definitely call. The second issue was with my phone getting feedback when I’m talking to other people it makes an echo sound. It is better if my phone is Bluetooth to the car when I speak to others, there’s not an echo sound. However, if it’s plugged in with a USB cord, the echo is still there. I’ll buy another USB cord and see if that’s the problem.
Otherwise, the service has been outstanding.
